Proven Reliability The full bridge plus toroidal transformer topology has proven its reliability over many years. The inverters are short-circuit proof and protected against overheating, whether due to overload or high ambient temperature. High Start-Up Power Needed to start loads such as power converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps, or electric tools. ECO Mode When in ECO mode, the inverter will switch to standby when the load decreases below a preset value (min load: 15W). Once on standby, the inverter will switch on for a short period (adjustable, default: every 2,5 seconds). If the load exceeds a preset level, the inverter will remain on. Remote On/Off A remote on/off switch can be connected to a two-pole connector, or between battery plus and the left-hand contact of the two-pole connector. LED Diagnosis Please see the manual for a description. To Transfer the Load to Another AC Source: The Automatic Transfer Switch For Victron’s low-power inverters, they recommend the Filax Automatic Transfer Switch. The Filax features a very short switchover time (less than 20 milliseconds) so that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption. Inverter Specifications:

Quattro 24/8000 200-100/100 230V VE.BUS Multifunctional Similar to the MultiPlus, the Quattro is also a combined inverter and charger. Additionally, it can accept two AC inputs and automatically connect to the active source. Its many features include a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist technology plus multiple systems integration features such as three or split-phase operation and parallel operation. Two AC Inputs & Two AC Outputs The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources, for example, shore-side power and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro will automatically connect to the active source. The main output has no-break functionality. In the event of a grid failure, or shore or generator power being disconnected, the Quattro takes over the supply to the connected loads. This happens so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption. The second output is life only when AC is available on one of the inputs of the Quattro. Loads that should not discharge the battery, such as air-conditioning or a water heater can be connected to this output. Unique PowerAssist Feature The Quattro will prevent the overload of a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore power connection. First, battery charging will automatically be reduced when otherwise an overload would occur. The second level will boost the output of a generator or shoreside supply with power taken from the battery. Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation Up to 6 Quattros can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Three-phase or split phase operation is also possible. Please check our datasheets to see which models have paralleling, three-phase, and split phase capabilities. Remote Monitoring & Control When coupled with a GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX) you can monitor and control your Multi and system or systems' locally (LAN) or remotely via the internet from anywhere in the world, using the free VRM app and free VRM portal website. Access can be from a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC for multiple operating systems. There is no end to the level of control, from adjusting your Multi to auto-starting a backup generator and more… Please contact your dealer for any returns, repairs or support issues related to this product. |

Quattro-II - 12/3000 - 120-50/50 - 2X 120V Similar to the MultiPlus-II 2x120V, the Quattro-II 2x120V is a combined inverter and charger specifically designed for standard North American 50A 120/240VAC split-phase applications. Additionally, it can accept two AC inputs and automatically connect to the active source. 120/240V Input and Output, or 120V Input and Output (Always 120V Output When in Inverter Mode) The two AC inputs can be supplied from a split-phase 120/240V source or a single-phase 120V source. When one of the AC sources is available, the Quattro will feed through the AC to its output. The output will therefore mirror the AC input. The inverter/charger connects to the neutral and the preferred input line (L1). The power needed to charge the batteries will therefore be drawn from L1. The Quattro switches to inverter operation when no AC source is available. The inverter output is 120V single-phase. In invert mode, the Quattro connects both output lines (L1 and L2) together to provide 120VAC to loads on either line. Any 240V loads will therefore be supplied only when the Quattro is supplied by a split-phase AC source. This prevents heavy loads such as water heaters or 240V air conditioners from discharging the battery. PowerControl and PowerAssist - Boosting the Capacity of the Grid or a Generator A maximum grid or generator current can be set. The Quattro will then take account of other AC loads and use whatever is extra for battery charging, thus preventing the generator or grid from being overloaded (PowerControl function). PowerAssist takes the principle of PowerControl to a further dimension. Where peak power is often required only for a limited period, the Quattro will compensate for insufficient generator, shore, or grid power with power from the battery. When the load reduces, the spare power is used to recharge the battery (available on L1 input only). Two AC Inputs and Two AC Outputs The Quattro can be connected to two independent AC sources, for example,shore-side power and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro-II will automatically connect to the active source. The main output has no-break functionality. The Quattro takes over the supply to the connected 120V loads in the event of a grid failure or when shore/generator power is disconnected. The transfer time of the L1 output is less than 18 milliseconds, so computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption. The transfer time of the L2 output is longer: approximately 40 milliseconds. The second (auxiliary) output is live only when AC is available on the input of the Quattro. Loads that should not discharge the battery can be connected to this output. Virtually Unlimited Power Thanks to Parallel and Three-Phase Operation Up to 6 Quattros can operate in parallel to achieve a higher power output. In addition to parallel connections, three units of the same model can be configured for three-phase output. In multi-phase setups, L2 is disabled on all units. On-Site System Configuring, Monitoring and Control Settings can be changed in a matter of minutes with the VictronConnect app or VEConfigure software (computer or laptop and MK3-USB interface are needed). Several monitoring and control options are available: Cerbo GX, Color Control GX, laptop, computer, Bluetooth (with the optional VE.Bus Smart dongle), Battery Monitor, and Digital Multi Control Panel. Remote Configuration and Monitoring Install a Cerbo GX or other GX product to connect to the internet. Resistive Tank Sender Adapter VE.Can The VE.Can resistive tank sender adapter allows a standard resistive tank level sender to connect to the Color Control GX. It is compatible with both European standard 0-180 Ohm and United States standard 240-30 Ohm tank level senders and is accurate to ±1%. It is easily configurable to resistive senders from fuel, freshwater, wastewater, well water, oil, and black water (sewage) tanks. It supports up to 16 tanks of each type. The unit is a simple setup with two small rotary switches and it gets its power from the VE.Can network. When you use a Skylla-i or an MPPT with CAN bus in the system, the power to the CAN bus will be supplied by either one of them. When the CAN bus is not powered by a Skylla-I or an MPPT, you will need the new VE.Can Power Cable to supply the power. Please contact your dealer for any returns, repairs or support issues related to this product. |
