Issued during World War II as an emergency issue after the attack on Pearl Harbor, the Hawaii Brown Seal Note was a response to a possible Japanese invasion. The $1.00 United States issued currency has the word Hawaii stamped on both the right and left sides of the face of the bill. A large outline of the word Hawaii dominates the reverse of the bill. The silver $1.00 certificate is also recognizable by the brown treasury stamp and serial numbers that adorn the bill. The Hawaii Brown Seal Note is mounted in an acrylic 9 1/2 inch by 11 1/2 inch frame and may be viewed from both the front and back sides. A Certificate of Authenticity is stamped on the matting.

This distinctive pocket watch has been beautifully crafted with the look of yesteryear. The front of the engraved square case houses the obverse of a genuine U.S. coin. The Indian Head penny was minted from 1859 to 1909 and is composed of copper. It was designed by James B. Longacre and is now well over 100 years old. Legend has it, his daughter Sarah was the inspiration modeling a headdress given to the White House from a chief. No one knows if Sarah was the model as James B. Longacre once stated Venus, a Greek statue, was his inspiration for the design. The reverse was first designed to resemble laurel and then was changed to oak. The Indian Head penny was only minted in Philadelphia (which bears no mint mark) until production began at the San Francisco Mint in 1908. Open the watch, and the coin's beautiful reverse design is visible inside the front cover. The face of the watch adds to its look of antiquity, but its quality quartz movement is strictly state-of-the-art. Includes a one-year warranty along with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The top unscrews for cleaning purposes. The wine stopper measures approximately 4 inches in height by 1.3 inches in width and weighs 2 ounces. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.

"Railroad Watches" first appeared at the end of the 19th century when, to avoid scheduling errors, standards for timepieces were established for all railroads. The back of the hinged case features a highly detailed relief sculpture of an historic "Iron Horse" locomotive. The front frames an authentic U.S. Half Dollar. The dual-dated 1776-1976 JFK Bicentennial Half Dollar was minted in only in 1975 and 1976. It was minted to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. The design is steeped in history, but the watch's quartz movement is state-of-the-art. It includes a 14 inch FOB chain along with a Certificate of Authenticity and a one-year warranty.
