Robensen and his team in South Haiti salvage discarded coconut shells after they have been harvested for coconut meat, milk, and water. They clean, polish, and prepare the coconut shell to be food-safe. The result is a sustainable, all-natural material in which to enjoy your soup, cereal, parfait, or burrito bowl.

Due to the organic nature of these bowls, no two pieces will be alike. You can note whether you would like a darker or lighter variety and we will do our best to accomodate.
